Liberty Apps sponsored Jess Gillin recently won the Chorley Women FC Supporter’s Player of the Season for 2021/2.

Jess scored 7 goals in 11 starts including a top bins screamer in April. She started last season in the reserves, but after 3 goals in 12 games she was promoted to the first team.

Chorley Women FC rely on player subs, sponsors and fundraising events to be able to cover their costs. They are independent and not affiliated to a men’s team. We felt it was important to support Chorley as they are competing against teams with rich owners like Newcastle and Leeds.

Last season we sponsored three players across the women’s football pyramid. We are hoping after the success of the England Lionesses that more organisations can help these teams.
